NMSU Round Up

Aimee Ryan
Aimee Ryan returns to The Round Up as a third-year staff writer. She is a Southern New Mexico native and a junior majoring in counseling and community psychology with a minor in psychology. Aside from writing for The Round Up and being a full-time student, she is also involved with the College of Education Student Council, NMSU's Counseling Undergraduate Society and the College of Education Peer Mentor program. Ryan hopes to use her educational background to gain acceptance into a graduate school psychology program and serve the state of New Mexico as a licensed school psychologist in the future.

Ryan loves working for The Round Up because her work allows her to continuously learn more about the university and the experiences of its diverse students. She is proud to be a part of a college publication that is passionate about keeping its students informed and sharing their voices. Since beginning her position in 2017, Ryan has covered a number of student life stories here at NMSU.
