Anthony McKenna
Anthony McKenna was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico. After living in multiple locations around the Southwest, Anthony decided to transfer to New Mexico State University in the Fall of 2019 as a junior. He is double-majoring in Government and JPPL (Justice, Political Philosophy & Law). McKenna was active in his varsity sports at East Mountain High School, where he played soccer and baseball. He was awarded All-State Second District medals his sophomore baseball season. His senior year, he won Most Valuable Player in soccer and holds the record for most goals scored. As a first-year sports writer, Anthony is ecstatic to follow the athletic programs at NMSU due to his love and passion for sports.

In his free time, Anthony loves to cook, create short films, and shred the slopes of Purgatory and Santa Fe.
