Marlee Lustig, Staff Writer
Marlee Lustig is a junior at New Mexico State University entering their second semester working as a staff writer with The Round Up. They are majoring in Journalism and Media Studies with a minor in Fashion Merchandising & Design. Originally, they are from Cleveland, Ohio, but moved to Las Cruces with their family when they were 10.
Marlee has had a passion for writing since elementary school. However, it wasn’t until their sophomore year at NMSU that they realized they could transform their love of writing into a career in journalism. In the future, Marlee hopes to travel and work as a feature editor at a publication.
For fun, Marlee likes to read, do yoga, listen to music, watch movies, or go on evening walks with their little sisters and tiny dogs.
