Camila Mota, Political Writer
Camila Mota is a second year Finance major, and an International Baccalaureate graduate from Orlando, FL. She is treasurer of the Delta Zeta sorority and will be a staff writer at The Round Up this year. Camila was an editor at her high school’s newspaper and soon became the publication’s content manager. She was also the Editor in Chief of Her Campus at NMSU, a chapter of the #1 online magazine for collegiette women. Her experience at The Seminole Newspaper and Her Campus have strengthened her interest in journalistic writing. Camila is the proud owner of a pug and shih tzu mix named Troy who loves pizza and Colombian arepas. She hopes everyone enjoys her articles, and can’t wait for what the future holds at The Round Up!
